Within the mobile app, vouchers can be redeemed in either the Redeem or Map screens. If you are already at a partner location, it’s easiest to redeem in the Redeem screen. Open the app then navigate to the Redeem screen. Find and click the partner’s name on the list, show your screen to the sever and then click “Redeem”. Please don’t forget to tip your server.

No, for each of the Explorer and Enthusiast plans, you may only redeem 1 voucher per partner per month. We have no doubt that there will be a new place for you to explore. If you love the place, we hope you will support them after you redeem a voucher with another brew, some snacks, or merchandise.

If you join on the 6th of the month, your month starts on the 6th and runs until the 5th of the following month. Your vouchers will be refreshed on the 6th of the following month.

Individual partners might have restrictions on when you can redeem a voucher (special events, happy hour, etc.). They also might restrict vouchers for certain brews (limited releases, limited remaining quantities, etc.). We ask that you respect each partner’s restrictions.

The size of the brew is dependent on the brew type and partner. Specialty brews may be a smaller size than a normal brew.

It depends on the partner. Vouchers for alcoholic brews may only be redeemed for on-site brews (i.e. vouchers are not redeemable for 4 packs, 6 packs, crowlers, or growlers, etc). Vouchers for non-alcoholic brews may be taken to go if the partner permits.

Yes, simply choose the membership plan you want to gift (ranging from one month to one year) and click the "Gift Membership" option. After you buy it, we'll send you an email with all the deets and you can pass it along with whatever method you prefer.

No, there is a limit of one membership per user.

No, members are prohibited from sharing their membership. Members will be allowed one registered mobile device for voucher redemptions. Anyone found abusing the membership will be banned.

Visit “My Account” to cancel your membership. You will continue having access every day until the membership period is finished, but you will not be charged again. Your ability to redeem vouchers will end when the membership period is over.
